All parcels must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.
We do not cover return shipping costs (although, we are working on it). Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
Zahara Swim is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund in store credit. Zahara does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full store credit.
