You may return your Zahara Swim purchase for a Gift Voucher providing it meets the following criteria;
- No stains
- With smell of perfume/deodorant
- Original tags and packaging attached
We do not offer refunds for fitting issues or change of mind. Please refer to our size chart to ensure your sizing is correct. We offer size mixes for each product for the perfect fit.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. Zahara Swim reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions.
Please allow up to 3 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by Zahara Swim - it is advised to obtain a tracking number to track your shipment back to us.
Please include a note of:
- Your order number
- Items you are returning; and
- Instagram name for us to message you your gift voucher

We do not cover returns shipping costs.
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your original order. You will receive a seperate email or DM containing your Gift Voucher details and how to use your Gift Voucher. Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for all emails from Zahara Swim.
All swimwear must be returned with original hygiene stickers attached. Swimwear returned soiled or without hygience stickers attached will be denied and returned back to the customer.
Afterpay and Sezzle Returns
All orders made with Afterpay or Sezzle are in accordance with all Zahara Swim return policies. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued with a Gift Voucher and you will continue to pay your Afterpay/Sezzle installments.
On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in good condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please message us @zaharaswim in Instagram immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy.
Once approved, we are able to offer either a replacement, exchange, or gift voucher.
If we are unable to determine/approve a manufacturing fault or if a garment is significantly different from the image and description displayed online we unfortunately will not be able to exchange or replace your order.
