Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Zahara Swim pieces as much as we do. However, if something’s not quite right, we offer easy returns in line with the policy below.
How to Return
  1. Make sure your item meets the eligibility criteria below.
  2. Send the item back to our return address (PO Box 164, Waverley, NSW, Australia, 2024), including your name and order number clearly on the parcel.
  3. Once received and processed, you’ll be issued a store credit via email.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at theteam@zaharaswim.com with:
  • Your order number
  •  A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault
Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene stickers and tags attached.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only, unless your item is damaged or faulty.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • Due to our small batch production, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you’ll receive store credit to repurchase your preferred size or style.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We may request further information to assess the claim. If approved, we will cover your return shipping and issue a full refund, including your original shipping costs.

Afterpay & Sezzle Returns

All orders made with Afterpay or Sezzle are in accordance with all Zahara Swim return policies. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued with a store credit and your installments will continue as normal.
