Please note:
Sometimes packages can be held at customs, if in the odd occasion it does get held, please allow a couple of days if your package is held. 

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery the local carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location.

A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

We advise once you have been notified about attempted delivery, follow up immediately with your local post office to avoid having your product sent back to us.

Additional insurance for your package can be purchased at checkout for any lost, damaged or stolen items available at checkout.

If no additional insurance was purchased - once the item has left our warehouse we hold no responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced items. 


  1. Email with your order number and name of items you wish to return.

  2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Zahara will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

  3. Ship your parcel back to the address provided below which ever is best for you. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide.

On the returns form provides please fill in:
- Your order number
Items you are returning; and
- Instagram name & email.

Afterpay and Sezzle Returns

All orders made with Afterpay or Sezzle are in accordance with all Zahara Swim return policies. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued with a store credit and your instalments will continue as normal.

All parcels must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. 

We do not cover return shipping costs (although, we are working on it).
Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. 

Zahara styles are limited edition and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund in store credit. 

In the unlikely event that swimwear or activewear is faulty, please contact us immediately at so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full store credit.

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your original order. You will receive a seperate email or direct message containing your store credit.  Please ensure to check your junk or spam inboxes just incase.
