Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Zahara Swim pieces as much as we do. However, if something’s not quite right, we understand.
If you are an Australian customer, we offer easy returns for full refund, exchanges or store credit.
If you are a US customer we offer easy returns for full refund or store credit only. We do not except exchanges for the US. 

How to Return - Australia
  1. Make sure your item meets the eligibility criteria below.
  2. Send the item back to our return address, at your cost -  (PO Box 176, Sylvania Southgate, NSW, Australia, 2224), please include your name and order number clearly on the parcel, with your reason for return. 
  3. Once received and processed, you’ll be issued your exchange or refund for the price of the swimwear, shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return - US

  1. Make sure your item meets the eligibility criteria below.
  2. For US packages, as we are small batch run and delivery timelines are longer, therefore we cannot offer any exchanges. We accept full refund or store credit once goods have been received back to us in Australia.
  3. Send the item back to our return address, at your cost -  (PO Box 176, Sylvania Southgate, NSW, Australia, 2224), please include your name and order number clearly on the parcel, as well as the reason for return. 
  4. Once received and processed, you’ll be issued your refund or store credit for the price of the swimwear, shipping costs (delivery, duties and taxes) are non-refundable. 
  5. If you return an item, duties and taxes already paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund, these are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at theteam@zaharaswim.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault
Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene stickers and tags attached.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • USA - Eligible for full refund or store credit ONLY, no exchange of sizes.
  • AUS - Due to our small batch production, we cannot promise an exchange for size. Feel free to reach out to theteam@zaharaswim.com if you have any questions. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Afterpay Returns

All orders made with Afterpay are in accordance with all Zahara Swim return policies. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued a refund and your installments will continue as normal.
